Refund policy

Cancellations/Changes:

Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If you want to make changes to an order, we will cancel your previous order and you will have to make a new order with the changes.

Refunds/Exchanges:

We don't offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
If you believe we shipped a defective product, email us at mimopuffs@gmail.com. You must send pictures of the damaged items within 5 days of receiving items to prevent fraudulent claims.
